When future generations look back on the global-warming scare of the past 30 years, nothing will shock them more than the extent to which the official temperature records – on which the entire panic ultimately rested – were systematically “adjusted” to show the Earth as having warmed much more than the actual data justified.
Two weeks ago, under the headline “How we are being tricked by flawed data on global warming”, I wrote about Paul Homewood, who, on his Notalotofpeopleknowthat blog, had checked the published temperature graphs for three weather stations in Paraguay against the temperatures that had originally been recorded. In each instance, the actual trend of 60 years of data had been dramatically reversed, so that a cooling trend was changed to one that showed a marked warming.
This was only the latest of many examples of a practice long recognized by expert observers around the world – one that raises an ever larger question mark over the entire official surface-temperature record.

Getting back to the topic Global Warming….I have long maintained that the movement is simply a propaganda move to push the U.S. towards the socialist takeover and control of our freedoms. To “charge” anyone or entity for their “carbon footprint” and re-distribute that wealth to quote “poorer countries” that do not have much of a carbon output is highway robbery to the highest degree! And tax it along the way. It is the utmost scam of the century! My proof is the formation of the CCX (Chicago Climate Exchange) in which the elites (Obama, Ayres, etc) all were to get a piece of the pie. The rich would become ultra-rich and the Proletariat class none the better, taxed on a non-existent crisis. Research it!! The CCX has since gone under cover at this point, waiting to reappear under a new name when the time is right. Our government schools have been indoctrinating our children with this rubbish for years now. There is no global warming, there is only a powerful group that has devised a new way to soak the American People for more of their hard-earned money. They have spent billions in grants to sway the climatologists to “see things their way!”
