if you owned a site, a site that is devoted to making money by selling stock programs: would you want right wing fanatics posting their views. any time a fringe group posts it alienates new trial people. why, whether they be liberal or right, their views will turn off a certain percentage of the population, so if you respect GAR, show that respect by talking stocks and not hare brained theories. IF companies had respect for individuals, there would be no need for OSHA or a mandated
minimum wage.if companies had respect for the individual rights of the surrounding communities,
there would be no need for the EPA. if companies and the super-rich did not find ways to cheat on taxes and shirk other fiduciary obligations, there would be no need for the IRS or the SEC. the basic lack of respect for the individual creates a need for larger government.

Right now lets take minimum wage. A welders job in the Pittsburgh are now averages around $12 to $14 an hour. Now to get a job without any prior experience one must go to a trade school costing an average of $33,000 and for 2 years. And in many cases these people need to be retrained to do the job they were hired to do. Now many start at close to minimum wage but they do get a job because of some of the training. Would it not be better to just hire them without skills and pay them say $3 or $4 an hr. until they become proficient with their skills. This would be much better for them in that they would have money coming in and not going out to some “accredited” school who gives them a mediocre education and this sets them up on the path to succeed much earlier? Even in the short run these people that want a welding career would be much better off.

ill tell you why your theory stinks, schools perhaps use one teacher per 20 /25 students, he not only trains them in the use of a welder, he has to teach them math,geometry, and even how to use a ruler, so one teacher 20 kids, now take that to a job site, 1 kid per site with 1 welder training the one student, makes no sense your welder is training and not working. with you in charge, no welding would get done just training.on jobs , union jobs, apprentice do the grunt work, go to night school for training, 3 days per week, start easy.
